Driving Directions from Asheville
Take 19/23 North to the Hot Springs, Marshall Exit. This will bring you onto 25/70 North. Take this for about 21 miles you will come to a yield sign and 25/70 will make a left. DON’T TURN HERE continue going straight this is HWY 208 take this for 3.3 miles. Look on your right hand side and you will see Laurel River Realty and Rentals office with some mini storage buildings.
Turn into drive and on the front door of the office you will find an envelope with your name on it in the mailbox.
This rental packet will contain a merchant copy of your credit card. Please sign and leave in mailbox. Please take your credit receipt with you. Also your directions and the key to your cabin will be enclosed.
Now on 25/70 you will come across an Ingles food store you’ll want to get your food stuff you want. Because it’s 17 miles away once you get to us.

Take 40 East to Newport Exit 25/70 South this will go thru the town of Hot Springs over the Mountain and down the other side. You will come to a Yield sign and make a left this will be Hwy 208. Take Hwy 208 for 3.3 miles and on your right hand side you will see Laurel River Realty and Rentals office along with mini storage buildings. Your rental packet will be in the mailbox located on the front door of office.Enclosed in the packet will be a merchant copy of your credit receipt. Directions from Johnson City or Jonesborough TN.
Take 26 to the Temple Hill Road exit. At end of ramp make a left at stop sign. Go under 26 and make a Right at stop sign this is 352 West. Follow 352 West all the way to the North Carolina State Line then the road becomes Hwy 212 follow Hwy 212 till you reach the intersection of Hwy 212 and Hwy 208 at this intersection make a Left onto Hwy 208 and you will see Real Estate Office on your left.
Your rental packet will be in the mailbox on the front door of office. It will have your name on the envelope and what cabin you are renting.
